Everything You Need to Visit the Roof

To ensure a fun and safe experience for all guests, we ask that you follow these guidelines while enjoying The Roof:

• Weapons, knives, or items that could cause harm are strictly prohibited.

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

• No smoking or vaping is permitted within the park. Designated smoking areas are located in the Ponce City Market parking lots.

• Running, rollerblading, bicycling, skateboarding, or similar activities are not permitted.

• Bicycles must remain at ground level and cannot be brought to The Roof.

• Balloons and tents are not allowed.

• Park admission is non-refundable.

• The Roof is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• We reserve the right to inspect all bags and containers upon entry.

• Guests under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol may be denied entry or asked to leave.

• Inappropriate behavior—including fighting, threatening gestures, hate speech, or offensive language—will not be tolerated.

Yes! However, all minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on The Roof.

Pets are not allowed, but leashed service animals are welcome. Please keep them under control and clean up after them.

Yes! Casual photography with smartphones or small personal cameras is welcome. However, the following require pre-approval from our Events team:

• Professional photoshoots or promotional content

• Cameras with extra gear (tripods, GoPros, mics, flashes, etc.)

• Commercial filming or media coverage

No amplified music, instruments, or performances are allowed unless pre-approved by The Roof management. Unauthorized solicitation or distribution of materials is also prohibited.

Yes, clothing that is offensive or could provoke conflict is not permitted. Guests wearing such items may be asked to leave.

We do not permit:

• Loitering, panhandling, or blocking walkways

• Fighting, threatening language, or gestures

• Hate speech, racial or religious slurs

• Trespassing after hours

• Disruptive, intoxicated, or dangerous behavior

• Rummaging through trash or littering

Guests violating our policies may be asked to leave or banned from the property.

Guests who do not follow The Roof’s Code of Conduct may be asked to leave, banned from future visits, or referred to authorities if needed. The Roof reserves the right to revise or update these rules at any time.
