 Membership Policies & FAQs

  • Memberships are billed with a 4-month minimum commitment. After that, you’re free to continue enjoying perks or cancel when the season no longer suits your skyline plans.

  • Yes! Skyline Elite members may bring one complimentary guest per visit.

  • Membership includes unlimited access to The Roof’s attractions (rides, skating, games, mini-golf) but does not cover separately ticketed events (like July 4th Fireworks, Noon Year’s Eve, etc.). Members, however, receive exclusive discounts on these.

  • As a member, you’ll be notified of early booking windows for events and Igloo reservations. Corporate members also have concierge-style booking support for group experiences.

  • After the 4-month minimum, you can cancel anytime. Simply log into your membership portal or reach out to our support team for assistance.

  • Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
